体育后进生是客观存在的,也是往往体育教师最头疼和抛弃的。那么如何让他们也喜欢上体育课,让他们在体育课上也快乐起来。这就需要体育教师不断提高师德修养,不抛弃、不放弃。教育学生要豁达、团结、主动帮助弱小,用快乐的学习氛围来感染体育后进生,让学生不排斥体育;在玩中激发参加体育活动兴趣。关注个体差异,让枯燥的技能学习快乐起来。区别对待体育后进生,及时表扬鼓励,消除对体育的厌学倾向。深入钻研教材、教法,树立服务意识,为体育后进生找到既简洁又易记方法。使每个学生既能从体育课中学习到知识技能,锻炼身体,又获得乐趣。
