转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF-β)各亚型中,TGF-β2在眼部的作用占主要地位。TGF-β2可通过自分泌和(或)旁分泌形式对大多数眼部组织的病理和生理起到重要的调节作用。现就TGF-β2与眼部疾病发生发展的关系、基础及临床研究中人类TGF-β2单克隆抗体在眼部的应用作一综述。
TGF-β2 plays a major role in the eye in each subtypes of transforming growth factor (TGF-β). TGF-β2 plays an important regulatory role in the pathology and physiology of most ocular tissues through autocrine and / or paracrine forms. Now on TGF-β2 and the occurrence and development of eye diseases, basic and clinical studies of human TGF-β2 monoclonal antibody in the eyes of the application are reviewed.
