当前,随着市场竞争的日益加剧,为提高电力企业人力资源开发的有效性,人力资源教育培训成为提高企业核心竞争力的重要选择。近年来,教育与培训成为电力企业人力资源开发环节的关键选择。本文主要针对当前日益被电力企业所重视的教育与培训工作,并电力企业人力资源开发过程中多年实践经验,在此基础上对电力企业的人力资源教育与培训现状进行了理性的分析,在对分析结果科学对待基础上提出了相应的建议。
At present, with the increasing competition in the market, in order to improve the efficiency of human resource development in power enterprises, human resources education and training have become an important choice to enhance their core competitiveness. In recent years, education and training have become the key choices for human resources development in electric power enterprises. This paper mainly focuses on the education and training which is paid more and more attention to by electric power enterprises at present, and years of practical experience in the process of human resources development in electric power enterprises. On the basis of this, it makes a rational analysis on current situation of human resources education and training in electric power enterprises. The results of the analysis of scientific treatment based on the corresponding recommendations.
