The business department should fully cooperate with the designers to provide detailed, in-depth and moderately advanced requirements.” But in reality, often: the business department to provide designers are always based on existing management processes, are not familiar with network management, unable to put forward in-depth demand; and designers because they do not understand the business. Lack of adequate communication between business and design led to a mutual system
