目的:观察桂林西瓜霜对宫颈糜烂组织细胞超微结构的影响。方法:160例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为2组,观察组用桂林西瓜霜喷敷宫颈糜烂面治疗,对照组用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)-胶原蛋白海绵外敷。透射电镜观察2组治疗前后宫颈糜烂组织鳞状上皮细胞和纤维母细胞的检出率及超微结构。结果:治疗前2组鳞状上皮细胞、纤维母细胞检出率比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组鳞状上皮细胞、纤维母细胞检出率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组。治疗前2组细胞核均完整,可见少量桥粒,偶见粗面内质网;治疗后2组细胞体积均较治疗前有不同程度的增大,细胞核形态完整,细胞排列紧密,细胞连接增多,在细胞连接处可见鳞状细胞特有的桥粒,桥粒数量明显增多,胞质增多,胞浆中可见糖原颗粒,粗面内质网增多,呈轻度扩张。2组治疗前细胞核均完整,胞内可见少量胶原纤维及粗面内质网;治疗后细胞内均可见大量胶原原纤维,细胞核形态完整,胞浆中可见大量扩张的粗面内质网,散在的高尔基体及少量核糖体和扩张的线粒体。结论:桂林西瓜霜通过促进宫颈糜烂组织鳞状上皮细胞和纤维母细胞的再生作用来达到对糜烂面修复的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Guilin Watermelon Cream on the ultrastructure of cervical erosion cells. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Guilin watermelon cream on cervical erosion surface while the control group was treated with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) - collagen sponge. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the detection rate and ultrastructure of squamous cell and fibroblast in cervical erosion before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in the detection rate of squamous cell and fibroblast between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The difference of the detection rate of squamous cell and fibroblast between the two groups There was significant difference (P <0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group. Before treatment, the nuclei of both groups were intact, a small amount of desmosomes were seen, and rough endoplasmic reticulum was occasionally seen. After treatment, the volume of the two groups of cells increased in varying degrees compared with that before treatment. The nuclei of the nuclei were intact, the cells were arranged closely, In the cell junction visible squamous cell-specific desmosomes, desmosomes significantly increased the number of cytoplasm increased cytoplasm visible glycogen granules, rough endoplasmic reticulum increased slightly showed a slight expansion. The nuclei of both groups were intact before treatment, and a small amount of collagen fibers and rough endoplasmic reticulum were seen in the cells. After treatment, a large number of collagen fibrils were seen in the cells. The nuclei were intact, and a large amount of expanded rough endoplasmic reticulum was seen in the cytoplasm. Golgi and a small amount of ribosomes and dilated mitochondria. Conclusion: Guilin watermelon cream can promote the healing of erosion surface by promoting the regeneration of squamous epithelial cells and fibroblasts in cervical erosion.
