随着时代的发展,我国在音乐教育方面的办学指导思想与时俱进,师资培养也在不断向前迈进。但是,站在教育学的立场上全面审视和梳理近年来的高等师范音乐教育人才的培养,不难发现目前仍然存在很多问题。其中尤为值得一提的是,并不是所有的音乐教师的业务素质都足以胜任教学工作。本文从音乐学科自身的特点出发,旨在探索音乐教育理论,并利用理论指导实践,从而促进学生的身心素质不断完善,并最终建立良好的音乐教育基本机制。
With the development of the times, the guiding ideology of running a school in music education in our country keeps pace with the times, and teacher training is constantly moving forward. However, from a pedagogical standpoint, it is not hard to find out that there are still many problems currently facing the current situation of higher education in normal music education. Which is particularly worth mentioning is that not all the professional quality of music teachers are sufficient for teaching. Based on the characteristics of music discipline, this article aims to explore the theory of music education and use theory to guide practice so as to improve the students’ physical and mental quality continuously and finally establish a sound basic mechanism of music education.
