目前,世界经济总体呈稳定增长之势,处于90年代以来经济增长的最好时期,据国际货币基金组织的最新报告,全球经济在1996年增长4％的基础上,1997年和1998年的增长率将进一步提高到4.4％,中期内世界经济增长速度将不低于过去3年的水平(约4％),那么,对于即将步入二十一世纪的世界经济,将呈现哪些趋势呢?
