高校学生党员的培养和发展是一项复杂的工程。为了进一步搞好这项工作,河北工大分院党委、学生党支部建立了 M.D 小组。M 指马列主义毛泽东思想;D 指邓小平理论。同时也指管理(management)和发展(development)。这个小组的称谓既体现了要学好马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论,又体现了学生自我管理与自我发展的意识。为了便于党支部的统筹安排,方便学生之间的经验交流,M.D 吸收了在校学生党员和全体入党积极分子,并按一名党员五名积极分子的比例分组,开辟了活动室,制定了全会制度、义务劳动制度,统一学习、统一制定活动计划。M.D 小组各成员每周二要在活动室进行集中学习。聘请老师对同学们进行教育和培训,使同学们进一步了解和掌握建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的基本路线。帮助
The cultivation and development of college student party members is a complicated project.
