以垦丰9号、东农46、东农42、黑农35、秣食豆和野生大豆为材料,研究不同基因型大豆全生育期的NADHGOGAT活性变化规律。结果表明:随着生育期的推进,不同基因型大豆叶片NADH-GOGAT的活性变化存在差异,野生大豆、半野生大豆呈单峰曲线,其他品种呈降-升-降趋势;茎秆NADH-GOGAT活性变化趋势基本一致,均呈单峰曲线;根瘤NADH-GOGAT活性变化东农46呈双峰曲线,其他品种呈单峰曲线;荚皮NADH-GOGAT活性各品种均呈下降趋势。不同器官NADH-GOGAT活性表现为叶片>根瘤>茎秆>根>荚皮。R4期叶片与茎秆中的GOGAT的活性与籽粒蛋白质含量呈极显著正相关。
The changes of NADHGOGAT activity in different genotypes of soybean during the whole growing period were studied with Kenfeng 9, Dongnong 46, Dongnong 42, Heinong 35, Caoxi and wild soybean. The results showed that the activities of NADH-GOGAT varied with different genotypes of soybean leaves, with the single peak curve of wild soybean and semi-wild soybean and the descending-rising-descending trend of other varieties. The NADH-GOGAT The changes of NADH-GOGAT activity in nodules were bimodal curves, while those in other varieties showed single peak curve. The NADH-GOGAT activity of all varieties showed a decreasing trend. The NADH-GOGAT activities of different organs were leaf> nodule> stalk> root> pod. The activities of GOGAT in leaf and stem of R4 stage were significantly and positively correlated with the protein content of grain.
