结合开封市第一河务局现状分析与实践,探讨了加强水利行业人才队伍建设的着手点,提出了技能人才队伍建设的相关措施,以期为相关行业人才队伍建设提供参考。
Based on the analysis and practice of the status quo of the First Bureau of Kaifeng City, this paper explores the starting point of strengthening the construction of qualified personnel in water conservancy industry and puts forward some measures to construct skilled personnel team in order to provide references for the construction of qualified personnel in related industries.
