The Ministry of Construction proposed three ideas for housing and real estate development. First, we should seize the theme of development and develop housing construction, housing market and housing finance to improve housing conditions for the people through development. Second, we should seize the main line of structural adjustment, readjust the structure of development, market credit, and enterprise organization to enhance economic efficiency and enhance the development potential of the industry.
