“八五”期间我国水泥工业准备大力推广的八项节能技术:1.湿法窑改半干法生产将湿法生产含水量34~35%的原料浆,采用压滤机或真空滤机将水份抽走,制成含水分19%以下的料饼,送入湿法窑新安装的预热窑烘干后,进入窑内锻烧成水泥熟料。熟料热耗由6276KJ/kg 降为4184KJ/kg,每年节标煤1.5万吨,增产水泥9万吨。每条窑投资3000万元,3~4年可回收全部改造费。2.湿法水泥窑综合节能技术改造①在湿法窑上改挂耐热链条;②采用隔热窑衬,密闭堵漏减少散热损失和漏风损失:③改造煤喷嘴;④减少煤粉粒度;⑤添加复合矿化剂进行低温烧成;⑥采用黑料浆,料浆中加入部分煤粉或煤矸
