三峡工程是一项跨世纪的特大型工程,使用施工设备数量多,机型复杂,专用设备价值高。三峡工程的施工设备是进行三峡工程建设的物质技术基础,对施工设备进行科学有效的使用和管理是一个十分重要,也非常复杂的问题。业主——三峡开发公司针对工程情况制定了一套施工设备综合管理办法,其基本模式是,大型专用设备业主所有制,设备使用合同制,设备运行管理监理制。本文论述了三峡工程施工设备管理的现状,提出了三峡工程施工设备综合管理的必要性,并提出了近期应研究解决的问题和解决途径。
Three Gorges Project is a large-scale cross-century project, using a large number of construction equipment, complex models, special equipment, high value. The construction equipment of the Three Gorges Project is the material and technological basis for the construction of the Three Gorges Project. It is a very important and complicated issue for the scientific and effective use and management of construction equipment. This paper discusses the status quo of construction equipment management in the Three Gorges Project, puts forward the necessity of comprehensive management of the Three Gorges Project construction equipment, and puts forward the problems and solutions that should be studied and solved in the near future.
