为适应油田深化改革需要,进一步提升职工素质,促进和加强职工队伍建设,实现油田的持续稳定发展提供智力支持和人才支撑,兼职教师起了很重要的作用。本文从兼职教师的优势、兼职教师使用过程中的问题、兼职教师在教学中存在问题、解决兼职教师教学中存在问题的措施四个方面浅析采油厂兼职教师队伍的建设。只有这样,才能真正建立一支质量优良、专兼结合的师资队伍,才能实现采油厂的人才培养目标,形成职工培训的办学特色。
In order to meet the needs of oilfield deepening reforms, to further enhance the quality of employees, to promote and strengthen the construction of the workforce, and to provide sustained intellectual support and talent support for the sustained and stable development of oil fields, part-time teachers have played an important role. This article analyzes the construction of part-time teacher team of oil production factory from four aspects: the advantages of part-time teachers, the problems in the use of part-time teachers, the problems of part-time teachers in teaching, and the measures to solve the problems in the teaching of part-time teachers. Only in this way can we really establish a team of teachers with excellent quality and combination of talents, in order to achieve the goal of personnel training in oil production plants and to establish the characteristics of education for staff training.
