关于“牙源性角化囊肿”的文献报告逐渐增多。它是一种不同于其他牙源性囊肿的独立疾患。本文报道1例双侧下颌骨体部牙源性角化囊肿。胡××,女,9岁。左侧下颌部无痛性肿大近3年。病史:1974年初,家长偶然发现小孩下颌不对称,左侧偏大。当时,未作任何检查和处理。1976年4月发现左侧下颊沟有瘘管,且有淡黄色脓液溢出,左下颌骨体部肿胀更为明显。同年11月,外院摄片诊断为“左下颌骨造釉细胞瘤”。1977年3日来我科就诊。
The literature report on “odontogenic keratocyst” has been gradually increasing. It is a separate disorder that is different from other odontogenic cysts.
