根据实时调度的基本概念、实现方式 ,针对河南陆浑水库实际情况使用实时预报调度方法对水库各种情况下的洪水过程进行了调度研究 ,并与水库常规调度进行了对比 .通过运行可以看出实时调度方式在水库调度中的实用性 .同时 ,使用实时调度方法可以使调度者的调度经验与调度规则很好地结合起来 ,提高调度方案的合理性 ,增大水库防洪及综合效益 .
