今年以来,国民经济运行出现了一系列明显的积极变化,社会需求全面回升,生产增长继续加快,经济结构进一步调整,经济效益明显改善。上半年,我国农村居民人均现金收入1013元,增长1.5％。考虑价格因素,实际增长1.8％。 国家发展计划委员会主任曾培炎8月24日在九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第17次会议上做《关于今年以来国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况的报告》时说,
