通过对人才需求以及对环境艺术设计专业教育现状的分析,在以将教学中优质的资源用于教学是笔者所在的常州艺术高等职业学校对于导师工作室制教学体系的研究。文章主要研究在以市场为需求主体的状态下,如何建立具有环境艺术设计特色的导师工作室。通过研究,能够促进环境艺术设计教学与市场接轨,提高教学质量,提升专业特色和专业个性,调动学生自主学习的积极性和教师教学的积极性,帮助教师专业特长发展,完善职业学校环境艺术设计的教学体系。
Through the analysis of the talent demand and the status quo of environmental art design education, it is the research on the teaching system of the mentor studio in Changzhou Art Vocational Vocational College where the author is using the high quality resources for teaching. The article mainly studies how to establish a mentor studio with the characteristics of environmental art design under the condition that the market is the main body of the demand. Through the research, we can promote the teaching of environment art design in line with the market, improve the quality of teaching, improve the specialty and professional personality, arouse the enthusiasm of independent study and the enthusiasm of teachers, help the teachers develop their specialty, improve the teaching of environmental art design in vocational schools system.
