现代经济学认为,资本是基本的生产要素之一,资本的增长及其利用效率是经济增长的决定性因素。一个国家或地区的资本如果没有充分地利用起来,将阻碍该国家或地区经济的持续增长。同样,庆元香菇业的持续发展也需要大量资本的投入。资本的来源不外乎政府财政资金的注入、引进外资以及民间投资等三种途径。庆元处于浙西南地区,经济基础相对薄弱,财政收入积累微薄,政府给予的扶持资金只能是辅助性的,为促进香菇业的不断发展,应当高度重视民间投资的引导,提升民间资本运行速率和效率。
