本文报告利血平与十种抗癌药对小鼠白血病L_(1210)的联合治疗效果并讨论利血平对宿主动物有关药理作用的协同作用方式并与其他萝芙木生物碱的某些交感神经阻滞药加以比较。实验中使用的抗癌药包括cAP-_2、氧氮芥、环磷酰胺、长春碱、阿霉素等,抗白血病试验选用BDF 小鼠,LD_(60)测定选用ddY 小鼠。在抗自血病试验中,小鼠腹腔接种1×10~5L_(1210)细胞,接种24小时后腹腔注射抗癌药,连续给药7天。萝芙木生物碱在给抗癌药前2小时腹腔注射。根据实验组动物比对照组生存期延长的百分率评价其抗癌疗效。在LD_(50)测定中,小鼠于接受cAP-_2前2小时用
This article reports the synergistic effect of reserpine and ten anticancer drugs on mouse leukemia L-1210 and discusses the synergistic effect of reserpine on the pharmacological effects of host animals and some sympathetic interactions with other Rauwolfia alkaloids Nerve blocker to be compared.
