产业转移作为一种经济现象,在我国东部发达地区十分普遍,而西部经济进入发展的初级阶段,也面临着承接东部产业转移的良好时机。在新形势下,世界经济危机对经济发展的具体措施有了新的要求,而哥本哈根世界气候大会对于环境危机的呼吁更推动了“低碳经济”的进程。本文通过分析新形势下的东部产业转移与西部经济发展的关系,以促进东西部经济的协调发展。
As an economic phenomenon, industrial transfer is very common in the developed areas in the eastern part of our country. However, as the western economy enters the initial stage of development, it also faces a good opportunity to undertake the transfer of the eastern industries. Under the new situation, the world economic crisis has set new demands on the specific measures for economic development. The call for environmental crisis at the Copenhagen World Climate Conference further promoted the process of “low-carbon economy.” This paper analyzes the relationship between the industrial transfer in the east and the economic development in the western part under the new situation so as to promote the coordinated economic development between the east and the west.
