为了保证“人民的血汗钱”安全有效地使用,不被挥霍、浪费、贪污,按照中央领导的指示精神,三峡库区各级执纪执法机关与有关部门协同作战,在开展各项监督工作的同时,不断加大查办案件的力度,严肃惩处了一批侵吞、挪用移民资金的腐败分子。根据移民资金使用分散,案件多发于基层的特点,为进一步强化移民资金是“高压线”的意识,三峡建委监察局曾举办三峡库区移民乡镇长法纪教育培训班,推动库区各级党委、政府开展多种形式的教育活动。在这次培训班上,特别安排了一些服刑人员现身说法,在库区干部中引起了强烈反响。昔日的同事、朋友,因为触摸“高压线”,今天成了“阶下囚”,悔恨万分。这样的警示教育收到了入耳入脑、触及灵魂的教育效果。这里,我们选取两例,虽然违法犯罪者职务不高,涉案金额也不算特别巨大,惟其如此,就更能警示后人:不义之财不能得!

Former colleagues and friends touched the “high-voltage line” and today they have become “prisoners of war” with a lot of regret. This kind of warning education has received the effect of educating the mind and touching the soul. Here, we choose two cases, although the position of criminals is not high, the amount involved is not particularly huge, but so, it can warn future generations: not wealth can not be obtained!
