我国将大力推广面包型、饼干型小麦,高蛋白型大豆,优质水稻,棉花等专用及优质农作物品种,以逐渐取代市场上没有竞争力的农作物品种。 中国农业发展的重点将由高产转变为高产优质并重,农业、科技部门将推进优质及专用农作物品种的产业化,促进农民增收、农业增效,推进农产品加工的发展,提高农产品在国际市场上的竞争力。
