目的探讨品管圈活动在提升病案首页信息质量中的应用。方法科室成立品管圈活动小组,遵循PDCA原则,以“降低病案首页缺项率”为题,开展时间为期3个月的品管圈活动,并将该次活动的目标值设定为4.2%。结果运用品管圈活动的循环原理,可将病案首页缺项的比例明显减少,缺项率由活动前的9.5%降至3.8%,超额完成目标值4.2%,活动取得了良好的效果。结论通过品管圈活动成功达到提升病案首页的信息质量,从而促进病案管理水平的提高。
Objective To explore the application of QA activities in improving the quality of the first page of medical records. Methods Department set up quality control circle activities team, follow the PDCA principle, “to reduce the number of cases on the home page missing item ” title, to carry out a period of 3 months of quality control activities, and the activities of the target value is set to 4.2%. Results The cycle principle of quality control circle could reduce the percentage of absences on the front page of medical records. The rate of missing items dropped from 9.5% before the activity to 3.8%, exceeding the target value by 4.2%. The activity achieved good results. Conclusion The quality of the information on the first page of the medical record has been successfully improved through the quality control circle activity, which has contributed to the improvement of the medical record management.
