医院的发展在于改革,而改革的关键是科学化管理。几年来,山西省眼科医院不断完善管理制度,先后制定了医疗质量控制标准、科学管理条例、思想政治工作条例、医德规范实施条例、考核监督条例、利益分配条例等13个规章制度。把千头万绪的工作,理成了一个有机的管理本系,凡事都可以在条例中找到位置,从而为医院管理工作规范化、制度化奠定了基础。
The development of the hospital lies in reform, and the key to reform is scientific management. Over the past few years, Shanxi Eye Hospital has continuously improved its management system and successively formulated 13 rules and regulations such as medical quality control standards, scientific management regulations, ideological and political work regulations, regulations for the implementation of medical ethics regulations, assessment and supervision regulations, and regulations for the distribution of benefits. The multitude of work has been organized into an organic management department, and everything can be found in the regulations, thus laying the foundation for the standardization and institutionalization of hospital management.
