藻酸双酯钠(PSS)在临床应用中具有明显降血脂疗效。本文用其片剂治疗高脂血症28例,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择 门诊随机选择高血脂患者28例,男18例,女10例,年龄42～68岁。其中单纯高脂血症患者9例,并发冠心病15例,高血压病患者4例。28例患者中,胆固醇(TC)增高者3例(TC>6mmol/L),甘油三酯(TG)增高者6例(TG1.58mmol/L),甘油三酯加β脂蛋白(β-LP)增高8例(β-IP>4g/L),三项均增高者11例。 1.2 治疗方法 均采用口服法,用青岛第三制药厂
