香蕉是我国南方普遍栽培的一种热带水果,由于适应性强,易于栽培,产量高,种后第二年投产,一般亩产达1500~2000公斤。但香蕉也是一种易腐易熟的水果,采收后如无适当的保鲜措施,在运输路程中易发生腐熟造成损失。据初步估计我国南方北运香蕉每年平均有20~30%由于腐烂和过熟造成损失或变质降价出售。随着我国香蕉生产的大量发展,做好香蕉的防腐和控制后熟,达到延长贮藏期,调节市场供应,满足人民生活的需要,都具有重要的意义。
Banana is a tropical fruit widely cultivated in southern China. Due to its strong adaptability and easy cultivation, the banana is high in output and put into production in the second year after planting. The average output of banana is 1500-2000 kg per mu. However, banana is also a perishable fruit, after harvest, if there is no proper preservation measures, it is easy to cause the loss of maturity during the transportation. According to a preliminary estimate, an average of 20-30% of bananas in the southern part of China’s southern shipping industry are sold at reduced prices due to decay and over-ripening. With the large-scale development of banana production in our country, it is of great significance to carry out preservative and control ripening of banana, achieve the purpose of prolonging the storage period, regulating the market supply and meeting the needs of people’s life.
