“世贸组织”这辆满载挑战和机遇的“国际列车”急速驶来,引起了职工新旧观念上的碰撞和思想上的波动,如果不加以正确的引导和教育,势必会造成职工思想上的混乱。笔者认为,目前,企业应加强对职工的“三个教育”。 一、加强有关世贸组织常识的教育。“人世”在即,但企业绝大多数职工对什么是“WTO”尚不太清楚,对于我国为什么要加入“WTO”,以及对本企业、自身的影响等情况更是不了解,或知之甚少。有的企业领导,一谈到“入世”,首先想到的是本企业能得到什么好处,而对于怎样迎接“入世”的挑战则考虑较少。有人错误地认为,
