党的十三届五中全会有两大主题。一个是小平同志退休和调整中央军委领导成员,一个是讨论和审议通过《中共中央关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》。这里,根据个人的学习体会。着重讲一下治理整顿和深化改革的问题。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee has two major themes. One is that Comrade Xiaoping retired and readjusted the leading members of the Central Military Commission. One was to discuss and consider and approve the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Further Dealing with Reorganization and Deepening Reform.” Here, based on personal learning experience. We will focus on the issues of rectifying and deepening the reform.
