微核可能不是来源于染色单体/染色体断片,就是来源于滞留的染色体,因此不是由直接染色体损伤剂诱发,就是由纺锤体损伤剂诱发。能够将这两类微核相互区别开将是非常使人感兴趣的。
Micronuclei may not be derived from chromatid / chromosomal fragments, they are derived from stranded chromosomes and are therefore not induced by direct chromosome damaging agents or induced by spindle damaging agents. It is very interesting to be able to distinguish the two types of micronuclei from one another.
