第四届世界水电大会于2013年5月在马来西亚沙捞越州圆满落幕,来自全球60多个国家的政府机构、国际金融组织、学术界及行业的500余名代表参加了本次会议。会议重点关注在可再生能源快速发展的背景下未来水电的发展方向,并探讨了水电与经济、社会、环境之间协调的途径。本次大会是继第三届(2011年)在巴西伊瓜苏市举办后的又一次盛会。大会议题主要内容可归纳如下:(1)未来水利水电的发展方向;(2)发展中国家水电可持续发展与经济发展的关系;
The 4th World Hydropower Congress ended successfully in Sarawak, Malaysia in May 2013. More than 500 representatives from government agencies, international financial organizations, academia and industries from more than 60 countries attended the conference. The meeting focused on the future development of hydropower in the context of the rapid development of renewable energy and discussed the ways of coordination between hydropower, economy, society and environment. This conference is another grand gathering after the third (2011) in Iguazu, Brazil. The main topics of the conference topics can be summarized as follows: (1) the future direction of water conservancy and hydropower development; (2) the relationship between sustainable development of hydropower and economic development in developing countries;
