针对矩形组合截面1×1三维编织,根据其主体纱和边纱的特点,在四步法和分组编织的基础上,通过对2组编织纱线依次进行四步法移动,实现了矩形组合截面四步法二次三维编织算法。根据此算法,利用Python脚本语言和GUI工具Tkinter编写了纱线运动模拟程序,分析了纱线运动规律。对纱线中心线控制点做了3次Beta-Splines样条插值,利用VTK构建了三维编织物的空间可视化模型,并允许对该模型进行直观的人机交互操作。
According to the characteristics of the main yarn and the side yarns, based on the four-step method and the grouping weaving, the two groups of weaving yarns are sequentially moved in four steps according to the rectangular combined section of 1 × 1 three-dimensional weave to realize the rectangular combined section Four - Step Quadratic 3D Weaving Algorithm.
