当今的渔业生产多以集约化养殖模式进行,因而对水体杀虫剂、消毒剂、净水剂等渔用投入品的需用量是很大的。一方面传统药品(漂白粉、敌百虫、硫酸酮等)仍被大量使用,另一方面每年都有大量新药品进入市场,使用户和专业技术人员在用药上有了很大的选择空间。但是,在渔业病害防治中,常会听到这样的反映:过去用了敌百虫、硫酸铜、漂白粉后,效果很好,现在药效太差了;有些药品在南方使用很好,而在北方却效果平平。实际上,由于受池塘水质理化因子和生物因子等影响,同一种药物在不同水体使用会有不同的结果,同一口池塘在不同时期使用药效也不尽相同。鉴于此,笔者根据自己多年来在鱼药使用上的实践,就一些常见的杀虫剂、消毒剂、净水剂的药效与池水理化因子的关系谈一下自己的看法。

On the other hand, a large number of new medicines enter the market each year, giving users and professional and technical personnel a great choice of medicine. However, in the prevention and treatment of fishery diseases, we often hear the following: In the past, trichlorfon, copper sulfate and bleaching powder were used very well, and the efficacy was poor now. Some medicines were used well in the south, while in the north But the effect is mediocre. In fact, due to the physical and chemical factors of pond water quality and biological factors, the same drug will have different results in different water bodies, and the same pond will have different efficacy in different periods. In view of this, according to my own practice over the years in the use of fish medicine, the author on some common pesticides, disinfectants, water purification agent efficacy and the relationship between the physical and chemical factors of water talk about their own views.
