When Oxford was a visiting scholar, Britain left a deep impression on the ways and means of popularizing law. In the visiting scholar’s building at the College of Human Sciences at Oxford University where I live, there is a lady named Nancy responsible for cleaning and breakfast for us. When I first went to eat breakfast, I found a striking promotional material posted outside the living room. Nancy told me that this is all about the rights and obligations that she and each of the Lingling colleges that hired her, which each employer should post. After breakfast, I specifically read this promotional material, which turned out to be the guideline of the Health and Safety Law printed uniformly by the UK’s Department of Health and Safety.
