1临床资料男性,18岁,参加招飞体检初检的应届高中毕业生。经内外科检查均未见明显异常,行心脏彩色超声检查时,该生偶然咳嗽,在心房水平观察到一过性右向左过隔血流。而后该生因为眼底病变被淘汰。由于超声心动图检查时的偶然发现继而对该生进行了随访。在外院行经食管超声检查,发现在卵圆孔瓣上缘与继发隔之间的裂缝,彩色多普勒(CDFI)显示源于卵圆孔瓣与继发隔交界边缘处的穿隔血流
