作者考察了已证实对动、植物细胞和微生物液泡ATP酶有特异性和强烈抑制作用的大环内酯类抗生素bafilomycin A_1(简称A_1)对氯喹敏感或抗性株恶性疟原虫的作用,亚致死浓度A_1对原虫摄入氯喹的影响及其对原虫体外氯喹敏感性的影响。所用疟原虫株来自泰国,K_1为氯喹抗性株,T9-96为氯喹敏感株,均以改良的Jensen和Trager法连续培养。体外敏感性试验按Desjardins法
