他有大海一样的胸怀。大海的胸怀什么样?宽广,深邃,奔放……笔者要向读者介绍的山东省政协委员、威海市政协主席王大海,就是具有大海一样胸怀的人。王大海,男,1938年8月28日出生于招远县一个贫苦农民家庭里。王大海年少时身材瘦弱,年长后成了标准的山东大汉,性格也如他的伟岸体魄那样,厚道开朗,人见人亲。他于1966年北京大学历史系毕业后,历任教师、公社组织干事、公社书记、县长、县委书记等职。1987年,任威海市副市长,1991年任中共威海市委常委、副市长,1992年任中共威海市委副书记、副市长,兼任威海经济技术开发区党委书
