使用 F C P2000 泥饼针入度仪,对吐哈油田常用泥浆体系进行系统评价实验,建立了反映泥饼不同力学特征的泥饼层状结构理论模型.认识到影响泥饼实厚的最主要因素是钻井液的固相含量,但只有增加级配合理的惰性粒子而不是膨润土才能切实提高泥饼的综合质量,聚合物稀释剂和包被剂对泥饼实厚有重要影响,但影响规律视其种类和加量的不同而有很大的变化,主要取决于不同条件下聚合物分子与固相颗粒的不同作用机理.对水基钻井液体系而言,泥饼实厚为0.5 ~ 1.5m m 是较合适的.
Using F C P2000 mudcake penetration meter, we systematically evaluated the mud system commonly used in Tuha oilfield, and established the theoretical model of mud cake layered structure reflecting the different mechanical characteristics of mud cake. It is recognized that the most important factor that affects the solid thickness of mud cake is the solid content of drilling fluid. However, only adding inert particles instead of bentonite can effectively improve the overall quality of mud cake. The effect of polymer thinner and coating agent on mud The thickness of the cake is very important, but the influence law varies greatly depending on the type and amount of the cake, depending on the different mechanism of action of polymer molecules and solid particles under different conditions. For water-based drilling fluid system, mud cake thickness of 0.5 ~ 1.5m m is more appropriate.
