目的：观察两性霉素B与氟康唑滴眼液联合应用治疗真菌性角膜炎效果。方法观察组选择2010年1月至2013年12月期间笔者收治的确诊为真菌性角膜炎患者共38例，采用两性霉素B联合氟康唑滴眼液治疗，对照组选择2004年1月至2009年12月期间我科收治的确诊为真菌性角膜炎患者共42例，根据治疗方式不同分为对照1组和对照2组，其中对照1组中患者共22例，采用两性霉素B进行治疗，对照2组中患者共20例，采用氟康唑进行治疗，连续治疗一月后对治疗效果进行评估并记录。结果单独采用两性霉素B治疗真菌性角膜炎的有效率为72.73%，单独采用氟康唑治疗的有效率为68.18%，采用两性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗有效率为94.74%，明显高于对照1组与对照2组（χ2=5.841,4.810，均P<0.05）。从患眼症状的恢复情况看，观察组患者的角膜溃疡恢复时间、前房积脓恢复时间、畏光流泪恢复时间及异物感恢复时间明显短于对照1组和对照2组（P<0.05）。结论联合应用两性霉素B与氟康唑效果优于单独应用其中一种药物，且可缩短治疗所需时间，治疗安全性较好，能够有效治疗真菌性角膜炎。“,”Objective To observe the effect of combined application of amphotericin B and lfuconazole eye drops treatment of fungal keratitis. Suffering from eye symptom recovery situation, the observation group of patients with corneal ulcer hypopyon recovery time, recovery time, recovery time and photophobia foreign body sensation recovery time was signiifcantly shorter than the control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). Conclusion the combination of amphotericin B and lfuconazole is better than the single application of one drug, and can shorten the time required for treatment, good safety, can be effective in the treatment of fungal keratitis.
