将工业工程的作业测定的教学内容,从以往体力劳动为主转变到以脑力劳动为主的业务流程评测。业务流程的处理分收集信息、处理信息、输出信息3个阶段,其中一些常见的动作单元可以确定时间值。多个流程处理形成流程路线,可用泊松流模拟业务的到达,用作业测定确定处理(服务)时间。在多个流程同时运行时,要将业务经过操作员的顺序用矩阵表达出来。按照本文所述的运算规则,可以计算出各项业务在各个操作员处到达和结束的时间,从而评估整个系统的效率。经过两次本科教学实践形成了比较成熟的教学步骤,提高了学生学习工业工程的兴趣,也为企业提供了流程改革的依据。
