各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院,解放军军事法院,新疆维吾尔自治区高级人民法院生产建设兵团分院:2005年2月28日,第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十四次会议通过了《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)。为贯彻落实《决定》精神,做好过渡期的相关工作,保证审判工作的顺利进行,现将有关事项通知如下:
Higher People’s Courts of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Military Court of the People’s Liberation Army and the Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Higher People’s Court of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region: On February 28, 2005, the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress passed “ Decision of the Standing Committee of the General Assembly on the Administration of Forensic Examination (hereinafter referred to as ”the Decision“). In order to implement the spirit of ”decision" and do a good job in the transitional period so as to ensure the smooth running of the trial, we hereby notify you of the relevant issues as follows:
