尼莫地平是一种二氢毗啶类钙离子拮抗剂,笔者自1996年1月用本药配合654-2药物治疗血管性头痛取得了满意的效果。1资料与方法1.1 治疗对象:本组14例中,经脑血管造影CT扫描确诊8例,6例有血流速度异常.1.2一般资料:本组14例中.男12例,女2例.年龄21～72岁,病程2月～10年.发作频率3～4次/月10例.5次以上者2例,一侧偏头痛者10例,两侧头痛者4例,5例发作时头痛较轻,不影响日常生活工
