几年来,我们为钻孔堵漏曾试验过好几种方法,例如:浓泥浆、麻刀、马粪、踞末及化学速凝剂等,但效果不太显著。1970年我队514机台采用煤块(也用焦炭)、砂子、粘泥球混合堵漏,取得了一定的效果,除了大溶洞地层和大的过水层外,一般都有效。例如,1970年钻进9号孔,孔深自152.76米以上均漏水,用浓泥浆、粘泥球反复处理均无效;也用了锯末和马粪仍然不能堵住漏。后来,向孔里共计投填了块度为25~90毫米的煤块200公斤左右、填灌了粒度1.0~2.5毫米砂子400公斤左右。在填灌过程中,每投几十斤煤块、灌几十斤砂子,再投泥球。这样层层互填,一直将孔填满,然后用搅好粘度约为22~24
