OBJECTIVE: OPH is an innovative compound synthesized in this study and has obvious activity on cardiovascular system. Previous studies have shown that it has a significant protective effect on myocardial injury caused by coronary artery occlusion-reperfusion or cardioplegia-reperfusion. To investigate the biochemical mechanism of its effect and the effect of OPH on myocardial energy metabolism after reperfusion. Methods: Rats Langendorff’s heart, K-H fluid perfusion
