In the recent two years, two special cases of press infringement have taken place. Their “special” lies in: First, those who have filed legal proceedings are all former “official” officials who were former officials and part-timers: one was former deputy secretary of Zaoyang Municipal Committee of Hubei Province Yin Donggui; the other is the former Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court Jiao Rose.
