目的用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析川芎愈伤组织及悬浮培养物中的化学成分。方法建立川芎愈伤组织及悬浮培养体系,收集愈伤组织及连续三代的悬浮培养物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行川芎愈伤组织及悬浮培养物化学成分的分析。结果川芎愈伤组织及悬浮培养物含有相似的成分,但与原植物中的成分区别很大,原植物中的主要活性成分在愈伤组织及悬浮培养物中也未发现。结论愈伤组织及悬浮培养物的特性与原植物有很大的区别。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of callus and suspension cultures of Rhizoma Chuanxiong by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The callus and suspension culture system of Rhizoma Chuanxiong were established. The callus and continuous suspension cultures were collected. The chemical components of callus and suspension cultures of Rhizoma Chuanxiong were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results The callus and suspension cultures of Ligusticum chuanxiong contained similar components, but they were very different from those in the original plants. The main active components in the original plants were not found in the callus and suspension cultures. Conclusion The characteristics of callus and suspension cultures are very different from those of the original plants.
