已研究了一种数学模型用以预测在纸机白水系统不同程度封闭时溶解物质的累积。在一封闭的造纸系统中,纸机消耗的水量减少,则白水中的溶解和胶体物质就会增加。根据这一模型可知,不论水循环多少次以及系统封闭程度多高,进入系统的溶解物质不会总无休止地累积。任何一种溶解物质的最终平衡浓度都将小于进入系统的这一物质的总的平均浓度。实验研究结果很符合这一模型的预测。应用:一种数学模型可以预测封闭白水系统中溶解物质的累积
A mathematical model has been studied to predict the accumulation of dissolved matter when paper machine white water systems are closed to varying degrees. In a closed papermaking system, the paper machine consumes less water and the amount of dissolved and colloidal matter in the white water increases. According to this model, no matter how many times the water cycle and how close the system is, the dissolved substances entering the system do not always accumulate. The final equilibrium concentration of any dissolved material will be less than the total average concentration of this material entering the system. The experimental results are in good agreement with the prediction of this model. Application: A mathematical model predicts the accumulation of dissolved substances in a closed whitewater system
