目的:为探求粘附分子在蕈样肉芽肿( MF) 病理形成机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化技术,检测了16 例MF皮损部位ICAM1/LFA- 1 和HLADR 的表达。结果:ICAM1/LFA1 和HLADR 在MF 表皮和/ 或毛囊上皮角朊细胞都有不同程度的表达,其中ICAM1 的表达与MF 亲表皮性明显相关。结论:ICAM1/LFA1 在MF 亲表皮性形成过程中可能起着重要作用。
Objective: To explore the role of adhesion molecules in the pathological mechanism of mycosis fungoides (MF). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ICAM1 / LFA1 and HLADR in 16 MF lesions. Results: ICAM 1 / LFA 1 and HLA DR in the MF epidermis and / or hair follicle epithelial keratinocytes have different levels of expression, ICAM 1 expression was closely related with MF pro - skin. Conclusion: ICAM 1 / LFA 1 may play an important role in the formation of MF pro skin.
