车型:R350 4MATIC,底盘251.165,配置272.967发动机。行驶里程:150000km。故障现象:用户反映发动机故障灯点亮,无其他不良现象。故障诊断:接到车后,对用户反映的故障进行验证,故障如用户所述,发动机故障灯点亮,发动机正常运转没有其他故障。维修人员使用奔驰专用诊断仪进行快速检测,发现发动机控制模块有故障码存储,故障码为“0491,燃油泵继电器,已存储”(如图1所示)。用户反映半个月前出现过此故障码,清除故障码后,一直正常,今天故障灯又亮了。根据故障码进行引导,诊断仪提示检查后备箱内的“后座区保险丝插座”上的燃油泵继电器(如图2所示)。根据诊断仪的引导和WIS找到燃
