新课程标准理念下,要求教育面向全体学生,注重学生的全面发展,然而,学生存在明显的个体差异,不同学生的成长环境、学习能力、基础知识有着非常大的差别。这就要求教师在开展教学活动的过程中,必须正确认识并注重学生的个体差异性,切实做到因材施教。分层教学是一种新兴的教学方法,主要是根据学生的个体差异以及学习能力、学习水平的不同,制定不同的教育教学要求,并采取不同的教学手段进行教学。本篇论文中,笔者主要对分层教学在初中化学教学中的应用进行了分析,以供参考。
Under the new curriculum standard concept, education is required for all students and all-round development of students. However, there are obvious individual differences among students. The growth environment, learning abilities and basic knowledge of different students are very different. This requires teachers to carry out teaching activities in the process, we must correctly understand and pay attention to individual differences in students, and effectively teach students according to their aptitude. Hierarchical teaching is a new teaching method, mainly based on individual differences in students and learning ability, different levels of learning to develop different education and teaching requirements, and adopt different teaching methods for teaching. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the application of stratified teaching in junior high school chemistry teaching for reference.
